Wimac Ex-proof electrical panels are designed according to "Pressure resistant encapsulation (d)", "Increased safety (e)" and "Koruma by housing (tD)" in order to ensure safe power distribution and cable entry points in explosive gas and dust environments. Housed in robust aluminum die-cast Ex d flameproof enclosures, they prevent flame transmission in the event of an internal fault and ensure high reliability, mechanical strength, and long service life. Fully ATEX compliant, they are suitable for use in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, and other high-risk industrial environments.
Tempered glass
Ex-proof D Type LED Fluorescent and Bölge 1 Incandescent Globe Luminaires provide safe and reliable lighting in hazardous areas with explosive gas and dust. With flameproof aluminum housings and optional tempered glass protection, they prevent flame transmission and meet ATEX requirements for use in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, and other high-risk industrial environments.
Ex d & ATEX Bölge 1 flameproof
Ex d Type Bölge 1 Plugs and Sockets are flameproof aluminum power connectors designed for safe energy transfer in hazardous areas with explosive gas and dust. ATEX certified, they ensure reliable and long-lasting operation in oil & gas, chemical, mining, and other high-risk industrial environments.
Our ex-proof motors are designed and manufactured in compliance with international standards including IEC/EN 60079 and IEC 60034 series, ensuring safe and reliable operation in explosive gas and dust environments. They are available with ATEX and IECEx certifications and cover applications in gas and dust zones such as Bölge 1, Bölge 2, Bölge 21 and Bölge 22. Our ex-proof motors combine a pressure-resistant enclosure (d), increased safety (e), and protection by enclosure (tD).
The motors support multiple explosion protection concepts including Ex db, Ex db eb, Ex tb, and Ex tc, and are suitable for gas groups IIB and IIC as well as dust groups IIIB and IIIC. For Bölge 2, motors are manufactured according to "Kıvılcımsız ekipman"; for Bölge 22, motors are available in IP66 and "Koruma by enclosure (tD)".
In our explosion-proof cranes, we use explosion-proof crane remote controls (pendants and joysticks) certified in accordance with ATEX, IECEx, NEC, and CEC standards, ensuring safe and reliable operation in hazardous and potentially explosive environments.

It can be configured with remote control with display or non-display interfaces. The exceptionally robust design of the control switches has been specifically developed for use in explosive atmospheres. As a result, hoisting equipment and cranes with contactor control remain reliably operable even under the most demanding conditions.

The 108 dB loud EX horn is manufactured from either aluminium or polycarbonate.
Through the optical and acoustic identification of different system states, the EX signal lamp and EX horn increase the safety for the crane and trolley operation. They signal to the crane operator — for example, an overload or the activation of the radio control — and so contribute to the avoidance of accidents.
Bölges 1, 2, 21 and 22 approved
During cleaning and repair work, the safety switches take over the inevitable separation of the electric power supply from equipment in potentially explosive areas. The safety switches are approved for use in potentially explosive areas of Bölges 1, 2, 21 and 22.

The terminal boxes are explosion proof equipment for permanent installation. They are used in potentially explosive areas for distributing electric energy. The housings are made of fibreglass-reinforced polyester resin in different sizes. They are combinable with each other for more extensive distributions.
